100 Premier League away games for Dyche

It went virtually unnoticed but last Saturday was Sean Dyche's 100th away game in the Premier League as Burnley manager. Overall, I'd say his record is pretty good. For a team like ours, I'd always think losing only half of them is a decent return.

I do think to have just a 50% defeat record away from home is good and that includes one horror season on the road in 2016/17 when we only one and drew four.

I would have guessed at nearer 70 had someone asked me how many we had lost out of 100.

Avoiding defeat in 50% of away games at this level is good.

I think it's outstanding to be honest - and there was a time when I thought we'd never win an away game in this league.

To lose only 5 games away from home when we got into Europe shows how good we were that season.

We simply had no fear whoever we played.
