Quite attacking. But for every couple of steps he takes up the pitch it seems he always has to take one to the side.
Good but way too subtle

Interesting bit from his press conference today:
when asked about the new on-line talent thing which I cannot name he showed little interest, saying basically "that's more for the recruitment people"
Isn't this AI scouting thing not primarily for the youth and development team recruitment rather than the first team squad?

Yes, I don’t think it’s got anything to do with senior recruitment.

i just thought that as manager of the club he might have expressed some interest.
He can be very dismissive at times.

Dyche seems happy with our current (near fully fit) squad.

The crunch time comes when Pace asks Dyche what is needed for us to keep our PL status but evolve into a more attacking/creative/entertaining team (i.e. a more ‘marketable’ product).

Dyche might say to Pace ‘It can be done but it’s a high risk strategy and will cost you a lot of money’.

And therein lies the dilemma...

It will be interesting see if Sean accepts a new contract offer. That will obviously give us an indication of where his motivation lies.

Would be sensible for both sides to give it a few months and see how things go. They might have completely different ideas on how to move us forward.

I think Dyche will adapt if he gets the tools (better players) to adapt our style of play. He’s not daft and he knows that if he pushes the club to adapt and stretch then he has to do the same, it puts more pressure on him too. He’s worked wonders here thus far, and let’s hope he sticks around for the foreseeable and the board and the manager can work wonders together in the future .

The immediate issue is staying up this season.
We have some brutal fixtures over the next few weeks and we must ensure that when the window closes we have a strong enough squad to survive.

It's great saying when everybody is fit, we have a team good enough to stay up, but not when you realise the chance of that happening is almost zero.

DJW throws a lot of excrement at his walls. Inevitably some of it sticks.

I’m absolutely amazed that anyone falls for his adolescent ramblings. Biggest bullsh1tter in Burnley. Owen Coyle cringes reading his posts.
So much of it represents accuracy that’s why certain people believe in him & I always have unwavering faith in what he posts.

He has had literally 8 seasons to adapt and get better players.

Pretty much everyone fit and we're sliding towards the relegation zone again. The deliberate inactivity of successive transfer windows is coming home to roost.

Siriki Dembele kept getting a good mention every time they went over to the Peterborough game.

Scores goals and several assists this season.

We couldn't get much worse.

According to today’s tv coverage, the new owners say there are no funds available. Dyche said there are some conversations about the possibility of funds .

Dyche always goes out of his way to be overly negative and dour when it comes to recruitment.

Who knows what will happen, but I know I won't waste my time listening to a word he says on the subject.

We need a mini shake up, 4 first team quality incomings in this window. Knight would be a start, right back, right midfield and a striker needed urgently.

I suspect there are some funds, but not a huge amount. We would be nuts to publicly say we have x amount of millions to spend this month.

Our strikers dont just suddenly turn poor overnight. We need the coaching team to start earning their crust and getting the guys full of confidence and have a shoot on sight policy

If there are no funds available ALK and Mr Pace have probably invested in a Championship club.

Lack of goals and creativity a real problem that many of our rivals don't lack.

Of course there are no funds available.
It makes one wonder how they got clearance to buy the club in the first instance.

Looking at the bottom of the table-we have no choice but to invest wisely. Hate to say it but Brighton & Fulham, are as we stand, better teams than us, and they will nick points in tough games as they have the style of play and good forwards that find the net. Unless Newcastle tumble its looking very much like WBA, Sheff Utd and us

I've been dubious about this takeover all along but willing to give it chance. If it turns out we're in exactly the same position as before, I'd have sooner kept the current board. God knows how this is all going to turn out.

I did hear a few months ago that the takeover wouldn't have any positive impact on us fans and that the club wouldn't have more money to invest. If it's true, then we won't see anything different in the short term. It'll be the same as if the takeover never happened.

we were missing one player today in Taylor - so today was pretty much as good as it gets in term of having a "strong squad"

We are 3 players short, and those 3 have to walk into our first team

creative midfielder, right winger, striker with pace

edit: we'll probably sign a defender and that'll be it
