Does anyone know where you can buy turkey by the slice? I've had a last minute change of plan.

Farm Foods does a 1lb Bernard Mathews Turkey roll roast, if that helps.

There's a really fat, greasy one in No 10 at the moment, but unfortunately way past its use by date. It's starting to proper stink now. There were also a couple of those really gross, ball sack-like turkey twizzlers spotted either side of it.

Probably not what you're after, but might be worth investigating. X

Yes, we've only been eating turkey at Christmas in the UK since the 16th century. Those damned Americans.

Won't it be a bit dry by now?

Only in the last 60 or so years has Turkey become popular at Christmas here.
