We've no chance of getting James, what he wants is too play more, so his start today will encourage him too stay at OT.

This is a rout. You just can’t play attack attack attack against good sides.

The thing is, even though Leeds drew with Man City, if City could have finished that day, they've have been 5-0 up at half time.

And then Palace battered Leeds 4-1, another team with quick, attacking pace.

Their defence simply cannot live with teams like this.

This could've been about 9-4 by now.

Neither side can defend well.

Interesting... 46' Double substitution at the break. Klich and Phillips are replaced by Struijk and Shackleton.

The 2 players who were a yellow card from missing the game against us.
Clever move by Bielsa. Unfortunately.

We certainly can't employ our usual plan of sitting in and soaking attacks up. The game will be beyond us before we know it. We need to take them on. I actually fear for us to be honest. We won't do enough going forward or are adventurous enough to hurt them where they are weakest. Hope I am wrong.

If Leeds play like this against us, we're going to find it very difficult, to say the least.
United are countering Leeds cavalier approach by better attacking of their own and blowing them away.
We don't really have the players to do that.

We do have a much better defensive unit than them and they are weak at set-pieces, which we're strong at. Which is why I said, we need to defend well, press well and punish them on the freekicks and corners.

I know what you mean. Imagine going to Anfield, where Liverpool haven't dropped a single point in many matches, trying to soak up their attacks with their world class front three.

I get that but i think you miss my point. Leeds are there for the taking if we open up and take them on. Not quite the same with Liverpool. When have we done that this season? They are gung ho going forward and slack at the back. We can't just sit back..it would be a big missed opportunity and dangerous.

Don't forget Palace and Arsenal. And we could have come away with 3 points vs Everton. All top sides.

Struggling to see how the pundits can find any positives in this Leeds performance but I’m sure they will.

That’s not in any way to say that if they play the same against us they won’t take the points, but this has been one of the most naive performances I can remember seeing at this level. A totally non-existent defence.

I've been nipping in and out during the game. Man U should have definitely scored a few minutes ago to make it 7-2.

Both missing good chances, but Man U deserve to be winning by more.

Exactly riley. They can't out score the top teams plus also can't defend. Its terrible management imo
