Some great ones on the list cant disagree with the lakes choices my favourite local one is nick to big end of Pendle clear frosty day with views across to the three peaks. Long causeway to Hurstwood less arduous but a lovely walk, another Boulsworth hill across into Wycollar or Howarth.

I’ve done 18 of them and the best walk in Britain isn’t listed.
THE MALHAM CIRCUIT. Up to Malham Cove over to Gordale Scar via Malham Tarn back to Malham via Janets Foss.

My favourite walk in the world starts at Lauterbrunnen. Up in the cable car to the Murren path. Along through Murren, possibility of taking the cable car to the Schilthorn(james bond), walk back down to the valley then head back to Lauterbrunnen. With the chance to do the Trummelbach falls and caverns.

Favourite day walk is Newlands round starting with Cat Bells. Favourite long distance is coast to coast.

Funny, as I'm thinking of getting my coat on and going for a 90-minute walk now.

On that list Craster, Dunstanburgh & Low Newton circuit, in Northumberland is a wonderful stroll.

Snowdon Horseshoe is the best walk I've enjoyed.

Closer to home-- Hurstwood, surrounding area and Thieveley Pike

Stocks reservoir circular walk is beautiful on a nice sunny day. Wife and youngest were up Parlick Pike today in wind and hail. A bit bracing lol.

I can enthusiastically recommend the ‘Pathfinder Circular Walks’ walking guides.

Try the Lancashire and Yorkshire Dales guides to start, you won’t be disappointed.

I've done 16 of them, all good choices.
Wales is my black hole, as I've never done any walking in Wales.
Agree with Huy, missing Malham circuit had to be an oversight.
I do 3 regular long distance walks in the Dale's
The Wensleydale Wedge
The Wensleydale Wander
And The Shunner Shuffle
All fantastic walks, great views, but the Shuffle isn't for the faint hearted.
In the lakes I regularly do Ambleside, Rydal Cave, Grasmere and back over Loughrigg.

Have you done that walk in late May / June when the meadows are full off wild flowers ? It's like going back in time.

It was May. Walking back down the valley with waterfalls crashing down and the cowbells ringing was unforgettable.

When all this sh1t is over give our S. a ring when you are going to the Lakes. She limits herself because she is generally alone but you know the better walks.

I agree with this. In fact, just Lauterbrunnen full stop...amazing place.
