Happy New Year from Texas
Happy New Year from Texas
enjoy as best you can, we will be six hours behind the UK so most of you will be tucked up in bed when it's our turn.
We all got emergency texts last night regarding the rapid rise of C_19 in our county last night and instructions to cancel all parties, stay home, don't go out or mix!!
Not venturing out although I do expect to see the HOuston fireworks through our front window all over downtown.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I expect 2021 to be much better than 2020, I know for me it would have to be pretty bad to get any worse.
HNY and a new dawn to the BFC saga begins.

Just messaged a lady I know who lives in North Carolina to wish her HNY and I asked about these American chaps who are taking over at BFC. Weirdly she hasn't heard of any of them and says she doesn't know them. Crumbs that must one big town you have over there.

Hey Kate
I was a Texas Claret for two years - living in South Houston ( Clear Lake and Webster ) near the space center
I’m still a massive Astros fan too!
Whereabouts in Houston are you...?

My wife and I were in Houston a few years ago visiting a niece. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and some wonderful hospitality. Happy New Year and hopefully a better 2021.

They’ve often got guns by 9 or 10

Can either of you explain the De-andre Hopkins trade? It seems to have turned out exactly how 99% expected....Selby Claret wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 7:40 pmHey Kate

Ask her if she listens to Pat Gwinn's radio show from Myrtle Beach - great Beach and Soul music!Dark Cloud wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 7:15 pmJust messaged a lady I know who lives in North Carolina to wish her HNY and I asked about these American chaps who are taking over at BFC. Re: Happy New Year from Texas
as we get near, let's hope for a year:
where tiers are only on cakes, that the weddings postponed come true
where bubbles only exist in champagne, or what we drink for the young ones here
where the Donald we discuss is just a duck, and that Disney opens it doors again to young and old
where Corona is merely a beer, one we might drink on a Mexican beach or wherever we take a vacation, holiday to you lot
(plus of course where I can lose the weight 2020 has put upon me and not just my waist line, just being selfish here)
