I logged in earlier and was waiting for the game to start. Just as the game was about to start I tried to log in to the TV but... Zilch! Glad I logged in early on the laptop. For what it's worth, we should be 3-0 up

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
Lost the stream for a minute or two after their goal so I don’t know who was at fault! These are rubbish we should have scored at least 2
I’ve had to link my laptop to my tv because the tv wouldn’t run on the website. Works find on my laptop

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
The disappointing thing here, other than the score, is how since they scored we’ve regressed hugely. Look totally deflated.

FA Player is absolute garbage - typical FA amateurish attempt. At least hesgoal.com is working.

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
Used my laptop and connected it to the TV- thanks for the advice.
Had about 2 mins just before half time where the stream dropped out. Apart from that it was fine and I also learnt that my laptop battery lasts 120mins.
So not too bad an experience, but can’t grumble it was free and I got to watch the game.

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
Feedback to FA Player team:
Greetings,As promised this is my feedback on Saturdays viewing experience using the FA player:-
Match watched: Burnley vs MK Dons
Location: Chester, UK.
Broadband: BT Fibre, speed checked during viewing 65mbps. Router is only around 2 months old.
Login: There is a delay when logging in and I had to log in three times before being successful on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I logged in via a HP Chromebook and this was successful on the first attempt. My wife logged in via her Apple Ipad and was also successful on the first attempt.
Picture clarity and sound: Chromebook very good. Samsung phone intermittent reception so the viewing experience was compromised from the outset. The Ipad had a good picture but no sound??
Screen mirroring to Samsung TV: The Ipad was connected via an Apple TV box and the picture was clear without any issues other than a 2 minute break in transmission just after MK Dons scored. No sound available throughout.
Comments: The Chromebook was undoubtedly the best way to view the match but there was a lag between its reception and that of the Ipad because I connected the Chromebook sound via a bluetooth speaker but the lag was such that it was impossible to watch the match on a large screen TV via an Ipad and listen to the commentary via reception on a Chromebook. There does appear to be a reception issue between the various OS with Chrome being the best and Android the worst with IOS in the middle.
Best wishes,

Cast (screen share) from my phone (Samsung S9+) to TV (Samsung 43") apart from where it dropped for 2 minutes after they scored... and a couple of freezing moments no problems... I was told it wouldn't work properly but it did...

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
Cast from iPhone to chromecast on Samsung tv. Great picture and decent presentation. Did lose transmission for about 1 minute after their goal. Overall very satisfied especially as it was free. App is a bit confusing as it prioritises women’s football but easy enough to find men’s fa cup section.

Re: FA Player & MK Dons
I watched it on my computer and had just two problems.
1 went off immediately after their goal but was clearly their problem because a holding page went up
2 the commentator was dire

Apart from that short period when it went down and that bloody commentator I had no problem with it.

It’s hard to moan when it’s free.
Re: FA Player & MK Dons
It was on a par with the Carabao PPV app but £10 cheaper.
