Flagging for offside

This latest version of the linesman that does not flag until a move concludes is an absolute nonsense.... it wastes game time, frustrates everyone and takes half the point of a line judge away. Makes goals far less exciting as everyone is waiting to see if anyone can see anything Wrong... I really do not get it, at all.

Caused us an injury to Ben Mee, that's the biggest issue. Another rule invented by people who've never played.

VAR has become farcical. We are changing the rules to try and make VAR work instead using VAR to enforce the rules.
It just needs getting rid of

The offside rule needs changing back to previous version and linesman need to flag when a play goes offside
Re rules what's the crack with foul throws there seems to be more and more with throwers releasing the ball at chest height or from infront of their head
Is it now an obsolete rule?

Soon we won't even need them. What I find more annoying is there sheer ability to ignore anything under their nose. Yes they are a linesman (or woman) but some of the cheating they see up close and do nothing about is just stupid.

But regarding the playing on thing, it doesn't bother me. You should always play on anyway just in case, and the was before VAR was even used. What's the point in not carrying on if there's a small chance it could end in a goal.

No doubt about it VAR needs improving but I actually really enjoy what it brings to the game. The extra suspense is great, even if you're sometimes on the wrong end of the decisions.

Also with Wood in our side trying to break the offside trap I'd say 99% of the time he gets flagged within the second by the linesman.

I honestly think the last time I saw a foul throw given was up Towneley circa 1993!! Yet at least 50% of throw ins in the PL look like foul throws to me.

Absolutely hate this rule for the reasons mentioned above. Plus it works slightly better at the moment as there are no crowds. It's just yet another means to dilute the match experience.
