Lasse Sørensen (MK Dons)

Post by jdrobbo » Sat Jan 09, 2021 5:18 pm

Looks an excellent player. Great vision and range of passing. Very calm on the ball. 21 years years old. How the hell have Stoke allowed him to go on loan? He seems way above that level.

Goalkeeper, Lee Nicholls, will rightly get the plaudits, but for me, Sørensen has been the best player on the pitch.

Yes, he played well.
Stoke must have some very good players at present if they don't need him.

Yes I too agree.
Also thought their midfield stroller played well - tall chap. Missed a pen though

I wasn’t overly impressed by any of their players today. On another day we would have won that game comfortably. They weren’t very good.

looked a bit lost at first, chasing shadows but gradually got into the game and looked tidy and had a decent touch and pass. worth keeping an eye on to see if he can step up to Championship level at Stoke.

I remember seeing Lee Nicholls years ago in a lower league play off game, sure it was played at Cheltenham, not sure if he played for Cheltenham or the opposing team, but he was only 19 or 20 at the time and he had a great game and thought he will do well but then nothing happened unfortunately. Same with a keeper called Bentley, played for Southend possibly, he went to a Championship club but never heard of him since.
