Adam Philips has had a very good first half

Nearly scored and another shot on target. Composed on the ball

He was at Liverpool and then we got him after Norwich let him go (I think?) He's basically the linchpin of the Morecambe team with loads of goals and assists and clearly is very comfortable at that level. He's not a "youngster" any more and may be 23? without checking and whether he would have been getting game time like Benson et al had he not been loaned out I don't know, but he's someone we're going to have to decide about pretty soon I'd suggest as he can't play in our U23's indefinitely and the lad has a career to make.

Got an excellent record of goals and assists for Morecambe, has Adam. A central midfielder as well. 6 goals and 4 assists in 20 appearances this season.

Another who I think will have a very decent career in the game.

He is 23 in five days

I wonder if he could score goals in the Premier League ? We need a goalscorer from somewhere....

Good strike on him but four of his goals this season have been penalties

If it’s in metres it’s 10.97 actually

I personally think he will be on the fringe of our 1st team next year. He is a Quality midfielder and i would be very surprised if he doesn’t kick on with us next year. Local lad as well

There'd be no point picking someone for the first team because of being good at penalties.
