Football tonight
Hate to say it - hoping for an Arsenal win tonight
Re: Football tonight
We have to want them to win but I fear they will flunk when we need them to do the business.

Re: Football tonight
Agreed. On the rare occasions you actually want Arsenal to turn it on and win, they let you down.
Looking at the teams, Gunners have a very decent set of attacking players; not sure about their defence and propensity for going down to 10 players though.

Didn't take long for Arsenal to get back to playing poorly.

Re: Football tonight
Borefest of a game, but a decent point for Palace, and why people think they'll be involved in the relegation mix baffles me, they've got far too much ability and nous, Arsenal struggling to break down a tight defence again, they still have issues despite their recent upturn.

Re: Football tonight
Doesn't matter any more. It all boils down to millions of passes and pretty football to please the masses and those running the PL. You have to play out from the back, then when you get to the halfway line you have to go back and play out again ad nauseam.
Nobody was put in serious danger, although Eze seemed to have been hit by a sniper in one incident.
How many times do we see players rolling around on the pitch, the ref stops play, however, the player then says he doesn't want the physio, he gets up and completes the game.
Make it mandatory that, if the ref stops the game for a player rolling around, then the player must leave the field for a couple of minutes minimum in order to be checked out.
