I think most people would agree that the performance at Palace with 5 in midfield was one of, if not the, best ones in recent months.

Whatever the reason for deploying it, it very, very clearly worked and we should be eager to revisit it.

Not covering any tracks - it was the five I mentioned with McNeil playing in that advanced position, similar to the one Hendrick used to play. McNeil played well that night too.
