I was dissed on here by those in the know when I said Dyche and Klopp can’t stand each other when we last played.....hmm one thinks I might have been correct

Good half from us. Liverpool looked dangerous at times but overall poor for them. Let’s hope we can keep them out second half and hopefully nick it.

I hate playing Liverpool - they scream, they shout, they push and shove. Take throws and free kicks nowhere near the right place. Carragher no better on commentary either - gosh I bloody hope we at least draw - even Dean seems to have forgotten his claret tinted ones tonight!

About as expected

Brady has got into some good positions, picked the ball up in the right areas, but his use of the ball is bloody awful.
In a game of percentages you'd think he could make one decent pass. If he's playing better than JBG, just how bad is Johanne.

We can't ask for much more second half, apart from cutting out the silly errors. Ash will be walking a tightrope as well, so we need to sub him before he sees red.

We had some possession and attacks. Not just a case of bringing them down to our level.

Two clear fouls ig oted. In the corner on Tarks then the one on Westy
And if the Fabhino Barnes incident had been reversed it would have been straight red

With several of the new directors having connections with the church I posted earlier in the week that we might be needing some divine intervention for the remainder of the season.

With that Origi miss it may already have started. :P

I don't think Barnes is playing well, but he is definitely in Fabinho's head. That kick out said it all. Opposite side of the coin too, he is on a yellow himself.

Clearly but the stats prove he's wrong and don't mention appearances as a come back for the other 2. If you wanna be real then talk minutes on the pitch
The stats do back Dyche up though. Because Wood and Barnes are our best goal scorers. Out of form, definitely, but if you want to use stats then you’re going to be proven wrong.

Ben should have put that ball straight back into the Liverpool half. Negativity nearly cost us a couple of times towards the end of the half.

Us doing an excellent impression of....Burnley! Front two actually doing a passable impression of professional footballers and if Barnes isn't sent off (which I'd put money on right now) we can actually get something from this game!!

To be fair, Klopp’s got a big enough dental bill before starting on Dyche, he’d be wise to STFU before Dyche removes them all for him

We've done fine in the first half by and large, if we keep those standards up we'll be fine playing the lower half teams, still a worry that we're lacking a cutting edge, but I'm sure we'd bite your hands off for a point tonight.

I have grave concerns about Barnes coming out for the 2nd half, if he doesn't calm down he'll be heading for an early bath, so I wouldn't be taking the risk well we're still in this game, the last thing we need is too go down to 10.

For all the people defending Barnes I just want to let you know that he's there to score goals not wind players up. Get him off otherwise he'll be sent off

We've frustrated them well in the first half, trouble is they can put Salah and Firmino on in the second.

We are crying out for some pace in this side. They’ve been susceptible to our break on a couple of occasions but we don’t have the pace in behind.

It’s his passing, crossing and willingness to drive forward, when the opportunity prevents it, that is holding him back. There are some good elements to his game but the poorer parts are more prominent, unfortunately.

Loved Dyche to Jurgen “be careful, be careful” :D
