A vegetarian meal the advantage being non-veggies, me, can enjoy it.

I make a really nice spinach and chick pea curry, which is great, even as a non-veggie!

looks good to me. Had something similar last night and added a can of red kidney beans and made it more Mexican seasoning than the curry paste.
Don't get why every night meat has to be on the plate, a few veggies night aren't that big a deal.

did rick stein's dopiaza the other day. used mutton.

a rather unusual curry as you don't cook the onions out first and there are a lot. a whole kilo. and also half a litre of yoghurt.

turned out nice though.
