Re: REPORT: Clarets maintain unbeaten home record against Fulham
Anytime is a good time to score a.goal, of course, but yesterday's equaliser just 3 mins. after they went in front was so vital. As the game progressed, with neither side looking like scoring after a good 10 mins. burst by us just after the goal, they were able to bring on fresh legs whereas we were totally reliant on the 11 already on the pitch. Tired legs, tired minds and a wet surface but we were disciplined enough to see the game out. As I said last night, a good point especially after the 3 we got at Palace.

When they scored I was flat, somehow couldn't see us getting back. We needed it very quickly and thankfully got it. You are right, tired legs and tired minds out there.

We have played a total of 7 matches at the Turf this year and have gone behind in every one of them!

An interesting observation Ashington but it shouldn’t be happening every game!

Didn't realise it was seven. Mentioned to my son before kick off that we needed to score first for a change as we'd gone behind at the Turf for what I thought was the previous four. So that's Fulham, Brighton, Bournemouth, Villa, MK Don's, and what are the one's I'm missing?Ashingtonclaret46 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 4:27 pmWe have played a total of 7 matches at the Turf this year and have gone behind in every one of them!

CT. Thought you would have referenced Longs first half header which for me was a big miss

Amazing what the lack of a crowd can do.
