Anyone else watching?
He's playing well so far 2nd frame back in nearly a decade he hits a century.
Fingers crossed he can get through here.

Re: The Hendry comeback
Shame he only won one frame - would be good for the sport if he returns with some sort of form. Good century mind you
Re: The Hendry comeback
good effort from Hendry, safety play looked poor.
I wonder if he'll retire after this.

No it's like any sport, when you are away for a while you lose that feel. A couple of comps he'll gain that, hopefully he qualifies for the worlds and can put a bit of a run together. I love a good comeback

My Cousin in Scotland is Stephen's Uncle and my Mum once spent Christmas Day with them all.
She said Stephen was even trying to 'win at all costs' playing Trivial Pursuit so she told him to stop being a precotious tw*t

Re: The Hendry comeback
Hendry got beaten fair and square in the Seniors semi final at he crucible in August (week after the worlds was played there), he was beaten fair and square by Jimmy White and Jimmy is ranked 87. Also unlike Jimmy (who just loves the game regardless) Hendry just enjoyed the winning and that's not going to happen very often and thats just winning matches not tournaments. I am surprised at 52 he thinks he can compete especially as there is a perfectly good seniors tours plus (once covid clears up) lucrative exhibitions especially in china, dubai and saudi plus his tv work - so after saying all that you have to admire he's going to "put himself on offer" on back room tables as unless he draws ronnie or trump he will hardly get on the "match table". Good luck to him as long as it lasts.
