Just about what I expected, they have over 70% possession away from home, our forwards living off scraps. However when we do get it forward into their box we look like we might score.

Get Brownhill off and Bardsley on behind Lowton The Leicester full back has the freedom of Turf Moor. Their defense is poor. We need to somehow create some pressure

We didn't back off after scoring. They took control of midfield because we give the ball away too easily.

Give over. That's a quality finish though. He needs to do that more. To be fair some said Bales was easy as we gave him loads of room. Same there but it IS a killer finisb
How did Leicester give Vydra loads of space?

They had possession, which he stole and knocked it past the defender into space. He made it and superb finish.

Not a dig but has anybody any idea where Tarks was for their goal?
Just asking cos if he’d been in his normal position they wouldn't even have played the pass. What a beauty it was mind.

Don’t think any of our other strikers would have had the quickness of feet to score from that position

Decent half and it's more "us" to give up possession something like 28/72% and we look better for it!! Vyds should maybe have done better when Wood nicked the ball as McNeil was completely free and it would have been 2-0, but tbf Leicester are VERY pacey up front and we'll be lucky if they don't score at least one more. Shame Tarks header didn't sneak in!!

Let's be honest, they are dominant in midfield, which is no surprise. We need to get at their defence, they are dodgy at the back.

Marking Vardy who had come out of the attack to receive a short pass.

Decent half that, pleased for Vyds to finally get on the scoresheet, pity about their equaliser, but we have given as good as we've got so far, and 1-1 is about right on the balance of play, if we can step it up 2nd half there's every chance of notching a much needed win.

We struggle to keep control of the ball in midfield every game.
I do wonder how a struggling side can afford to go into games light in midfield with 2 up front.

if you actually watch, Vardy starts to go short and Tarks follows him into that space

Iheanacho then just comes across a static Mee

Agree Pope just goes into no mans land but clearly Mee at fault in first place

It's Plan A which seems to be the only plan

Our weak midfield puts constant pressure on service to our front two and exposes the back four

Beckford thinks we're playing well, unlike many on here funnily enough.

'Burnley have been brilliant'
HT: Burnley 1-1 Leicester

Jermaine Beckford

Ex-Leeds Utd striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's been an entertaining first half but you would expect to see more from Leicester with an attacking threat. But all things considered I think Burnley have been brilliant. I like what I've seen from them.

They are moving the ball well, setting traps for Leicester whenever they get into certain situations and they are putting the ball in the box at any given opportunity.

Both teams have been value for money today but I want to see the ball moved a little bit quicker from Leicester. They should be looking for the front men, especially the threat they offer in behind.

He's lots of space to take the finish when he strikes it. Yep he clips it past the defender and makes space and Bale didn't have to do as much to get the space but the finish from him is as good.

I'm really pleased he scored. He needs to do it more often.
