The lads really grafted in that game. If they put that much effort in till the end of the season I am sure we will just have enough. However quality on show was really poor.

BPF 6
Taylor 5 thought greenwood was all over him
Tarks 6
Mee 6
Lowton 5 at fault for first goal
Cork 6 we looked better with him in the team
Westwood 6 great corner
McNeil 6
Gudmundsson 5 he needs to use his right leg every so often
Brownhill 5 try’s hard, little quality.
Wood 7 (mom)

We’ll stay up if we play like that! Good performance but unfortunately against very good opponents who look like they may even put up a challenge for the title.

BPF 7 couple of good saves.
Lowts 7
Tarks 8
Mee 7
Taylor 6
JBG 6
Brownhill 8 brilliant. Played really well linking attack and midfield. Much much better.
Cork 7
Westwood 7
McNeil 6 quiet
Wood 8 great shift. So unlucky not to have a lucky drop for a goal at some point. Proper single centre forwards display. Made Maguire look silly - he won everything.

BPF 7 - very little wrong but cant help but feel Pope would have saved the first, pure stature just means he covers that part of the goal.
Lowton 6 - some very good delivery but really sold himself for their first unfortunately
Tarkowski 7 - played really well
Mee 7 - solid in the main but a couple of shaky moments.
Taylor 5 - put us under pressure unduly a number of times today.
Gudmunson 6 - diligent enough but should have done better with the opening in the second half.
Cork 7 - unlucky for the killer second goal. Played well and helped get us up the pitch showing good composure and knitting things together nicely.
Westwood 7 - great corner for the goal and played well throughout.
Brownhill 7 - good energy and thought he supported Wood well in the main. Pressed well also at times.
McNeil 7 - used the ball well and worked hard.
Wood 8* - a menace throughout and deserved at least one goal for that performance today.

Yet another game that we shouldn't have lost. They didn't look like scoring and needed a huge dose of luck for the 2nd goal which given the timing killed the game. The third was due to us pressing so high but I've no idea how that isnt offside, Cavani benefitted almost immediately from being in an offside position and influencing play directly.

We played ok, and others saying play like that every week we will win a few before the seasons out.
We have been shipping goals left right and centre, and Inited hardly created anything and have scored 3.
Once again we have created very little.

Games like today's wont define our season, but we need to get the 3 or so points needed to stay up, then we need some serious work in the window, but we have said that for a couple of windows now.

Scorrline flattered Man U but ultimately it’s 3 losses on the spin for us and at the wrong time. Thankfully Arsenal scored that equaliser but still looking over our shoulders.

BPF 6
Lowton 6
Tarkowski 7
Mee 7
Taylor 6
JBG 6
Westwood 6
Brownhill 6 good off the ball but lacks quality
Cork 7
McNeil 6
Wood 8 mom had a tough job in this formation and did it well

A bit pointless making the subs when they were made but can’t fault Dyche changing formation for this one.

Your a hundred percent right. We created next to nothing and still conceded three goals. Some marks are incredibly high for that performance

Thought we looked quite comfortable for the majority of the game but got done by a couple of poor decisions. What Taylor was doing for the 1st goal I don’t know and he generally had a pretty poor game. 2nd goal was bad luck but again came from that left hand side. The 3rd we were chasing the game so it was understandable the break ensued but Vydra and Westwood made a bit of a hash of it. I know Westy has a sizeable fan club but he’s been poor IMO for a least a couple of months and beyond. Puts the odd good corner in but his all round contribution lacks. Man U were there for the taking and a point would not have flattered us but crucial decisions and cruel luck is taking its toll on us

BPF 7. Looks more than compitent to fill Popes shoes
Lowton 6. Rash challenge that led to the 1st goal
Tarkowski 8
Mee 8
Taylor 6. Quite game and gave away needless corners
JBG 7
Westwood 6
Brownhill 6. This lad puts in a proper shift but lacks
quality on the ball
Cork 6
McNeil 7.
Wood 8

Vydra should have been introduced on the 70th minute when Wood was crying out for a bit of quality up top to assist him

BPF.......8. Couple of good saves and not at fault for any of the goals
Lowton..7
Tarks.....8
Mee......7
Taylor....7 defensively sound but his lack of a right foot, of even schoolboy standard, is seriously annoying me more every performance.
JBG......7
Westy....8
Cork.....7
Brownhill.8
McNeil...7
Wood.....8 His first half hour v. Newcastle was the best I’ve seen him. This was better.

You do realise we lost 3-1? Had 30% possession and only 3 shots on target.

Your making out like we were dominant and created loads of chances.

You're having a laugh .......aren't you?......
Are you aware how poor we were/are ? Fulham could have been just 4 pts behind but for 97th min goal . While we battled hard and were a bit unlucky , we created hardly anything and if you really think those were 8/9-10 performances you really do need to take the tinted specs off . While we always give 100% ( IMO) and our players play to their best usually , we’re an aging slow team with almost zero creativity and a staggering lack of class players for this level . It’s no ones fault per se but unless SD gets good money we could spiral .

I much prefer my way of looking at it to yours........Nowt wrong with my glasses. I think we performed well, created plenty of chances, which on another day & with better luck might have resulted in a win.
We were playing the in-form team in the Prem. They beat us with a late deflected goal...the 3rd shouldn't have counted.
I think your expectations are unrealistic.

So basically what your saying is, our players ran a lot and tried really hard that’s why You think they deserve 8-9s.

Not the fact that actually if you watched it as a neutral we were pretty average and man United didn’t have to get out of second gear to comfortably beat us.

I mean come on, people have players as excellent/outstanding when they literally touched the ball about 15 times in the entire game.
