It took a deflected Pogba goal to beat us at home, and yesterdays killer second goal also deflected

A good positive report, thanks. I have never liked the ‘glory-glory’ boys and like them even less now.

We used to find a way to win. Recently we seem to be finding a way to lose. I totally agree with CT in that we never looked like losing yesterday. But we did. Losing is a bad habit to develop.

I felt positive about that performance despite the result.Cirrus_Minor wrote: ↑Mon Apr 19, 2021 7:18 pmA good positive report, thanks. I have never liked the ‘glory-glory’ boys and like them even less now.

Excellent summary. Another really good away peformance with the wrong result. Chris Wood was outstanding.

A very positive performance in a 4-5-1 is a major step up for us.
The system certainly got the best out of Wood and Brownhill seemed to enjoy the freedom his new role gave him.

We played well and lost which is a concern, but if we keep those levels up the results will come, hopefully starting at Wolves.
