With all the talk of these elite clubs moving to an elite league, does anyone know if the women’s clubs will follow suit?
If not could said women’s clubs replace the men’s team in the premier league?
Clearly the women’s game has improved beyond recognition. And anyone who watches the regular coverage will know this.
I would imagine should arsenal women’s enter the men’s league they would provide stiff competition for at least newly promoted teams and perennial strugglers.
Would be an interesting response if that was to happen. With slide tackling, high boots and various other physical aspects being pushed out of the game. I imagine it would be a lot closer than many dinosaurs who watch football dare admit.

Re: Women’s super league
I assume they will at least form their own super league?
Granted a mixed league is probably some way off. But it will arrive sooner than most care to admit.
