Brilliant post match interview about the super league. And the majority of players, managers and fans perception of this move.

And James Milner of Liverpool agrees. Says he doesn’t like him and doesn’t believe in it.

Always respected Milner and spoke honestly too. 😎

Hmm! interesting comments from both, and if the clubs can't get the players onboard then they won't have a league to flaunt for their overseas audience will they.

Also said Leeds put the shirts in the Liverpool dressing room that Leeds wore. But Liverpool didn’t wear them...

I understood him to say they didn’t put them in their dressing room. Hard to hear when he talks so fast.

Wish some of their players had worn them!

Klopp hasn’t spoke for what he believes in there. He’s protected the owners and not said what he believes in.

I also find it hard to believe the players and managers only heard when we did. Very hard to believe.

He gets unjustly criticised on here.

Every time I’ve seen him interviewed, he comes across really well.

He's quite articulate, and in some people's book this is a no-no. There's a constituency of people who prefer thick mouthy gobshites, rather than someone who come across as educated. I'm being serious too, and it's one of the reasons why we have such low educational achievement levels.
Parent/s failing their kids because they don't value an education. School is seen as somewhere they just send their kids too, when they can be arsed, rather than a place where life chances will be largely determined. Our kid is a teacher and he's had parents turn up drunk or on drugs at parents' evening. It's really sad.

Being quite articulate is the minimum requirement of the sort of education that includes compulsory violin lessons.

Perhaps if some fans didn’t have an uncomfortable ,almost self soiling whimsical obsession with a long forgotten micro part failed loan player ,there’d be no need for such silliness .

Blimey. This thread was about Bamford's comments the other night regarding the ESL. You brought the obsessional puerile nonsense to the table.

Some may recall the stick that Graeme Le Saux got for having had a decent education.

Yeah there was rumours going round for years that he was gay. Basically because he read the Guardian and wasn't your "typical" footballer.

Yes he got properly abused for years.

Listened to a podcast with le saux. Most of it about his time down the road. Actually came across as a proper decent guy who was mocked for being intelligent and people made up he was gay.
