I'm guessing most of those clowns on that forum have never left Aston, if they think there is another part of the country that is a bigger hovel than the place they currently reside. I can't think of a worse place on these shores. Wipe your feet on the way out

I always find it hilarious when any set of fans describe opposing grounds as being in a slum/dump/ *insert word of choice, as if their ground was situated overlooking the harbour in Saint Tropez.
Regarding the broader point, AVFC is a big club: great ground, big fan-base and an illustrious history. Their fans are notoriously fickle though and seem to think their rightful place is somewhere up there with the very best. Gerrard may well get them going but they're never going to crash the top four party.
