I can choose my ST seat in CF stand, but cost shows as £350 rather than the "frozen" price of £329.
I wonder if that was going to be the price if prices hadn't been frozen?
Needless to say, I didnt proceed to renew, I logged out until someone at the club can sort their $hit out.

Even simpler solution, provide a platform fit for purpose before you invite people to use said platform to give you money.
Any other business would do basic things like stress test, ensure functionality works, and most importantly, the whole process runs nice and simply. It appears the stress test may have been done because the site hasn't crashed, the other 2 key components........ well, I'd say they haven't.

Could be that if you have friends and family registered, it doesn't just automatically assume you're renewing for everyone, so you don't get your seat in your basket immediately. Seemed to be the case for me.

Either way, it's still a crap website.

CT, Where were the plans to make big increases? I may have missed it somewhere but would be interested to see what they were. And could everybody see these plans.

Just tried to renew my ticket, to show faith.
Clicked on 'Renew my Season Tickets' and arrived at place to start as new purchaser, not renewed!

'Shopping basket entries are unavailable. Please try again later.' This is the message that I've just got after placing 2 tickets in the basket.

Don't know how/where to find it but the Club had intimated that there was probably going to be a price rise this season.

I dont even get season tickets in the ticket drop down menu.
I cant just nip down to the ticket office.
This website is a Joke.
How are we suppose to renew if the phones are not being answered and the website is usless

Managed to find a work around

Just put my seat in the basket, then a new link appeared, clicked on the link in the basket stating 'change scheme subscription' and it put the other 2 in the basket at the correct price

Got there in the end but what a mess
Used this workaround for me and my son who is U18 and it worked perfectly. It is a bit of a mess the website which is an understatement but this method works

If only the club had had an elongated period of time with no need for a ticket sales platform that they could have used to develop a better solution

Hasn't loaded tickets into the basket.
Then offers all fiends and family seats as an option to renew.
All load up as adults.
Won't allow me to change them to the correct catagory.
Quite frankly it's not fit for purpose.
I'll leave it for a few weeks until they've sorted it all out. Might have a better idea what division we're going to be in by then as well.

Not working for me either, I have to manually add my seats and they all show up under my name with no option to change to friends and family (these are already linked to my account and I've used this function many times before).

I can add different seats if I want to and add friends and family but my under 12 ticket is showing as an adult!!

I'll leave it to see if the issues resolved if not I may consider not bothering as I have no time to get down to the club other than match days.

Anyone with any ideas as to my problem....

Log in fine, go to renew my season ticket (which I've also saved as my fav seat) but its not giving me my seat as an option to buy, its giving the one next to it, I'm 88A and can only select 88. I have other options that I can select which are my F&F but simply can't select MY SEAT.

Help anyone

Not sure then when I did mine, mine was in orange and was offering me a seat on the row in front but I just clicked on my seat and it let me buy it.

I did the same it was one price, went to complete and the price changes to the one you pay in the early bird price so just go and complete it and it changes on payment screen

Can't even get into view seats in the Cricket Field now. I've tried to login as one of my children and they ahve the same problem. Hopefully they are trying to sort something at the back end, but quite frankly it's a joke. Pointless spending all the cash on pushing the marketing when the back end delivery is woeful.

Managed to renew mine, I selected my seat from the buy a new seat option which I didn't think it would let you do. Then bought it and set up a direct debit, not sure if somebody else could have bought my seat if they had wanted it. All very odd

No they couldn't have if it was highlighted in Orange that is, and the only others you could see were untaken seats from this year

So I logged on my son. You can see his season ticket purchase in the previous transactions section. However, he can only renew my ticket?? It's scary bad as everyone is having differing issues. If I log on from my mobile I see no tickets to renew, if I login from my PC I can see all the tickets due for renewal, but I can't change the clarets number associated with them to the correct person, even clicking the 'change scheme subscription' option just brings up my renewal and knocks eveyone else on my F&F out.

I did it and just the spares were highlighted.

The good news is that I rang 01282446800 option 2 and Chris at the ticket office sorted my old folks ticket and DD. DD starts 4 April.

Up the Clarets.

Just renewed via direct debit on my phone. Two minutes of a job. It did show an inflated price but when I got to ‘checkout’ it had reduced to the advertised early bird price.

It looks like a split amongst fans, some can renew in minutes other's can't get close

I’ve renewed my ticket but my other families tickets are in “friends and family” so I can see them in orange but it won’t let me buy 2 tickets, even one at a time.

I then register my family member for a club account and link to a ticket account with that claret number, having done all that I got in and tried to renew but it doesn’t show the seat as available at all, even in orange.

So I think this has definitely gone wrong and I’ll have no choice but to ring the ticket office.

First rule of business - never make the customer feel they have to work hard to keep using your product.

Does anyone know the answer to this question:

Whilst I want to renew, I am considering moving stands / seats. Can I select a new (not taken) seat or do I need to take my current one and then swap at a later date?

Thanks for any assistance if anyone knows. If not I’ll just pop in and ask on Tuesday (I won’t get chance tomorrow)

Just purchased without hitch.

One question; will season tickets be in the form of a QR code or loaded onto a card ? (last one I had was for the 2020/21 season). Thank you.

Great news. Really fair pricing.

Cannot complain at £1.31 per match for U12’s & £8.39 per match for an adult. Less if we’re in the Championship.

First rule of business - never make the customer feel they have to work hard to keep using your product.
There must be some exceptions?

Does anyone know the answer to this question:

Whilst I want to renew, I am considering moving stands / seats. Can I select a new (not taken) seat or do I need to take my current one and then swap at a later date?

Thanks for any assistance if anyone knows. If not I’ll just pop in and ask on Tuesday (I won’t get chance tomorrow)
I couldn't renew my old season tickets that I've had for years for some reason but it let me buy new ones in a different area 😂 😅 so just to make it easier for myself I did that, I've moved 1 row back and 20 seats along it was less hassle than calling into the ticket office plus the bonus of moving away from the dickhead sat in the seat infront 😆
