Will the board seek advice on manager selection ?

Post by s6t9a2f3f » Fri Apr 15, 2022 4:59 pm

From memory Venkys went down that route using a agency Charlie Nicholson was involved with. Out went Big Sam and in came Keane.
Will the board alone make the shortlist/approaches or will they seek advise from 1/several "footballing people" as their experience in uk football still very limited.

I hope they take good advice on this matter.

We've had a generally good track record on managerial appointments in the recent past.

I'm not getting into that one on this thread.

The OP is panicking that the owners won't seek advice from football people, I merely pointed out they've got experienced football people within the club with the relevant experience.

This bunch of clowns haven’t made a decent football decision since coming in through the door.

The awful chancers will need all the help they can get, so I'd hope so. Whether they'd listen to advice is another thing.
