A fantastic watch. Really hit home in some areas of it. Glad to see he’s coming out of the other side of it all.

Something I was wondering as well

Wasn’t sure if it was somebody on the board or in the media

Was outed a couple of weeks ago as Lord Patel of Yorkshire CC. He denied it was him

I’ve only just got around to watching this and I’m really glad I did. Extremely powerful and moving documentary. Stokes has something truly ‘great’ about him. An absolutely incredible sportsman.

One question…on two or three occasions, he refers to ‘one of the men in suits…’… who is that?

My gut feeling is Michael Vaughan but does anyone know?

Not sure why he would refer to Vaughan as that.

Watched this yesterday when the afternoon was rained off at Edgbaston.

Superb watch and shows the true character of Ben Stokes and what he has gone through in his personal life.

Two things that struck me from a media point of view, was their disgraceful reporting around the time of his trial in Bristol and he apparent media "guilty" verdict before the story was even known.

And then the disgraceful article in the Sun regarding his mum's story before Ben was born, why are the media even allowed to do that and what piece of **** would be happy to have their name on that article.

Late to the party on this one. But it’s a great watch.
And taken up another level too with the respect he commands as captain and the emotional intelligence he shows in his leadership.
