That’s a free kick at least, possibly a penalty.

The only thing saving him is it’s just outside the area, as that was a blatant foul

I think they can’t take it back for a free kick, only a penalty. The foul initiated outside the box, so not a penalty. That said, it’s close and I’m livid

And if it's outside the area Var isn't allowed to award a freekick apparently.

Poor decision that.
Only contention there was if it was outside the area!

Laughable, after seeing some of the stuff they give pens for these days.

So the Saka foul wasn’t given and neither was the Kane 1. It’s gonna be 1 of those nights.

Still the ref or lino should be seeing the foul, regardless of if it’s in the box or not

It seems VAR doesn't fix anything because the officials viewing it are just as bad as those on ther pitch.

Why does Lee Dixon think Pickford only got sight of the ball when it was halfway to the goal?

I think there might be changes at half time.

Henderson and Saka look well off the pace and Foden has been anonymous.

I think Pickford was out of position, simple as that.

Great strike but Nick Pope saves that.
I did say!!!

Pope with longer frame and arms gets that.

Saka not a foul. Soft like Prem. This is not so soft.

Still plenty of time.

Why is there only 1 player in the box when we're attacking, bit too negative considering we're behind

Probably the fear of the speed at which they can break at pace.

We’re too slow in attack. I’d be tempted to bring on Rashford at ht.
