The Bob Lord stand isn't also the away stand
Isn't it well known that the club informed all fans when first giving back some of the CFS to home fans that on occasions in cup ties that some seats won't be available ?
Had we drawn Sheff Weds and the asked for the full allocation and seats became available would you have boycotted that game too ?
Previously people used the attitude of Dyche for not going to cup games not being able to sit on a certain seat is a new one.

The Bob Lord has great acoustics!AGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2023 8:59 amBob Lord holds around 4k the Fleetwood fans will be offered 15% so about 3.3k, just stick them all in the Bob Lord with no acoustics for the away fans to be heard
It's not the same as "not singing".
I tried to start a song once but got a nasty side-eye from a disintguished looking gentleman so I piped down and hid underneath my blanket.

Aye, but "Long Live Thatcher" and "F*** BLM" weren't appropriate song choices!
Re: Cricket Field Stand Tonight
Equally, why do you have such strongs views about the CFS but would be okay with giving the whole BL stand to away supporters? Do you even think that's remotely practical?AGENT_CLARET wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2023 1:40 pmPlease explain to me why you think its not right to move people out of the Bob Lond but it's okay in the cfs
Re: Cricket Field Stand Tonight
Are you not told when you purchase a season ticket in the CFS that you might have to move for certain games?Rick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2023 12:31 pmOk, just so we’re clear. It’s ok to turf out season ticket holders in the CFS but not anywhere else in the ground? Is that what people think?
It’s wrong to not inform any fans they can’t have their seat for cup games, but just because CFS is cheap seats - don’t treat us as second rate fans

Anyone singing "Long Live Thatcher" is in for a shock when they find out.
Anyone singing "F*** BLM" probably needs to have a think about appropriate ways to tackle ideology and dogma.
I'm not against people supporting BLM, I just think that political organisations should not be endorsed by the FA. Let's keep politics out of football and focus on anti-racism organisations who aim to bring people together rather than divide them.
But on a personal level, I don't mind if people support BLM. For example, Sir Kier Starmer and Angela Raynor leant their public support to BLM. That's fine. I just think the more people actually know about BLM and their doctrines, ideas and policies, the less likely they are to support the BLM movement.
On the other hand, Kemi Badenoch spoke eloquently in Parliament about her distaste for BLM and why she disagrees with their doctine. That's fine too. I agree with Kemi Badenoch and I disagree with Sir Kier Starmer.

It's all fun and games fidel.
But I do note one thing: There aren't many (if any at all) who are openly prepared to support BLM anymore.
The hysteria is over. The truth has got out.

Re: Cricket Field Stand Tonight
That may well be the case, I can’t recall if I’m honest. It may also be the case for any seat in the ground too though for cup games right?
The issue is (for me anyway) that I received email marketing stating
Which clearly didn’t apply to those of us in certain parts of the CFS. They can send out messages like that, but don’t appear to have the gumption to remind some of us that we can’t actually buy our own tickets… it’s poor and I would suggest that those of us affected (it’s not a small amount either) should perhaps get an opportunity to get tickets elsewhere before general sale and have the best pick of those available - is that too much to ask?As a 2022/23 season ticket holder, you have until Thursday 2nd February at 5pm to guarantee your season ticket seat, after this all seats will be released for sale.
We’ve previously had people relocated to 100 club seats when their tickets became unavailable, not saying they can do that for all cup games, but it needs to be considered and the club need to remember we’re customers as well as fans right…

First of all that's my choice not to go and the reason why, secondly if I wanted to sit in the stand where my seat is because I like the view from that stand I'd have to go to the ticket office within office hrs or ring the ticket office (what a joke that is trying to get through) because the buying a ticket In that stand was not available online unlike it was for the rest of you I don't call that a minor inconvenienceRobbie_painter wrote: ↑Wed Feb 08, 2023 4:40 pmIf you really wanted to go you would’ve just sat in a different seat, seems to me you are going over the top for what was merely a minor inconvenience.

Re: Cricket Field Stand Tonight
I love the CFS despite its faults and enjoy the atmosphere there in the league.Last year vs Spurs in the League Cup we were all unable to claim our own seat so I found myself sat with strangers which slightly diminished my own matchday experience.Against Huddersfield in the FA Cup seeing further restrictions I chose to sit in JHU instead. Again it just wasn't as enjoyable, not helped of course by poor football.
Last night bearing in mind there are 2 home games in the Championship in the next few days I chose to give this game a miss which is something I never like to do.As has been pointed out having to call the Ticket Office or visit had a bearing on this decision. I don't know what the solution is but I would love better information going into the Fleetwood match.

All the CF singers should get together in the Bob Lord stand (as close to the directors box as possible). Sing as loud as you can with plenty of colourful language.
They would soon let you have your seats back.

I've been treated quite well recently. I've managed to get Luton & Blackpool tickets, managed to sit in my own ST seat last night and I've had my phonecall answered within around 20 seconds.
