You had a no-show from Nelson yesterday. If you can't confirm now that all 6 booked on for Bristol will show up for the game, I'll have to cancel your booking. If I leave the 6 on and you have any no-shows amongst them on the day, you'll have to pay for them.

Would be easy to set up a website where the link could be posted on the message board.
Everyone could book and pay on the site.
If they can’t go they can cancel the booking and the money gets refunded if someone else buys the seat.
That last bit might be harder to set up, but a booking site with payment would be easy and relatively cheap. Would stop no shows who haven't payed.

Following on from the above comment, you could probably use the app Booksy for something like this, offer X number of places per away day and people book and pay for them via the app.
