No Nay Never
Clearing the loft out I found 1 - 13 copies October 89 to January 92 of the No Nay Never Fanzine.
Free to a good home if anyone wants them.

Keep hold of them for now please. There might be a really good home for them coming up soon.yosserhughes wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 3:26 pmClearing the loft out I found 1 - 13 copies October 89 to January 92 of the No Nay Never Fanzine.

Re: No Nay Never
I have loads of old fanzines, and not just Burnley ones.
I'd love to be able to get some money for them, but I don't hold out much hope.

How do I get them to you Spike
But happy to pay for postage or meet up once season started
I think Tony was suggesting that they get donated to the project at the library that Dave Thomas is involved with
I would take care of then and collect Burnley books and anything similar but not programmes and they would be kept on a bookcase with every other book. I also collect pin badges
I couldn’t argue though if they went to the library project

The fanzines used to be a real part of the match day ritual, I preferred them to the programme.

Re: No Nay Never
The option I was offering would give everyone the opportunity to see and read them

Maybe so, but I am pleased the original poster kept to his word and is still giving ownership to Spike.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 8:24 amThe option I was offering would give everyone the opportunity to see and read them

Re: No Nay Never
I used to both sell them and write articles in them.
Me and my brothers. I never imagined that 30-odd years later they would become collectors items. There are several issues I don't even have myself, just never thought of keeping them at the time.

Re: No Nay Never
I would like them but if they were to be part of a project where lots of Clarets could see them then how could I argueyosserhughes wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 7:34 amThanks for the info Tony, what ever happens Spike they are yours.

I think you worked in the offices upstairs that's if I'm thinking of the right person.
