Re: Today's Football 06/08
Lots of similarities between the way Leicester and Burnley set up, which is perhaps no surprise given who their new manager is.
Decent game so far, Coventry don’t look the same up front with Gyokeres.

Re: Today's Football 06/08
For all those who thought Leicester would walk the Champ, they are, at the moment, struggling against Coventry.
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Coventry fans really are a strange bunch. Singing at and booing a player who was on loan at them last season and won their young player of the year award.

Dewsberry Hall having a stormer!
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Great game. Two excellent finishes by Dewsbury-Hall.

Bet Cov are regretting all those missed chances now.
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Haven't watched all the game but from what I've seen Dewsbury-Hall has been absolutely fantastic. Best wedding venue in the Championship.

Surprised nobody's been in for Dewsbury-Hall, one of the few shining lights for Leicester last year.

Coventry shirt is well smart.

9 minutes added seems a lot to me. There haven’t been that many stoppages.

Re: Today's Football 06/08
Sure, just surprised as there weren’t that many stoppages and I didn’t notice any time wasting. Didn’t have a stopwatch on it however.
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Dewsbury-Hall showed his class. Leicester looked dodgy at the back.
Cov looked to have recruited well again, some good signs from their new players.

Re: Today's Football 06/08
I thought Cov were comfortable until the three subs came on. What was he thinking taking Hamer off, he was outstanding.

Dirty Leeds losing
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Leeds Bowlered out 0-1
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Odd usage of Ayling first 20 mins of Leeds game, RB out of possession then charged with being wide right in forward line when in possession. Tough on "old" legs... and Cardiff ahead after exploiting a huge gap

Leeds seem to be playing the same way they have for the last few seasons, lively and exciting going forward crap in defence.

Didn’t realise Bowler was at Cardiff. Extremely hot and cold player but if you can get a tune out of him certainly has something extra.

Can't quite work out at the moment if it's Leeds being crap or Cardiff good or a bit o both.
Long way to go yet though.

How much is Bamford stealing from Leeds. Another injury that will keep him out until after International break.

The sooner Leeds start losing again, the better. It’s a ******* to drive anywhere near me on a matchday. They will all bugger off after a few poor results.

Re: Today's Football 06/08
On that City starting line up, pretty much the line up for next week I'd imagine apart from Ederson for Ortega and De Bruyne for Alvarez.
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Community Sheild ,Roy Keane as a pundit ,but why do we have to have Chelsea ladies team manager? If we have to have a lady let’s have one with a connection to the 2 teams ,box ticking Sky.
Re: Today's Football 06/08
Cooper scores but is inured and is stretchered off. Big miss by Cardiff
