I found it but no answer, so I emailed them and the response was almost instantaneous.
Got my picture thingy now which I believe will get me in!
Just to say, leaving aside the fact that I should have my actual ticket by now - every time I have to deal with the ticket office they are spot on!

I’ve rarely had a good experience, I dread going in tbh, tickets double sold three times last season and dreading Friday for the same reason.
Not going to slag them off but that’s how I feel

My new card hasn’t arrived yet. Phoned ticket office who were bob on. Asked weather I wanted to collect a printed ticket or be e-mailed a QR code. Opted for QR. Got that within 1minute was assured that a replacement card would be posted asap. Can’t argue with that. I went from frustrated and stressed to reassured in the time the call took. As has been pointed out. Not their fault but they’ve dealt with the fall out admirably.
