It's surreal he's manager of Burnley to be honest. I think he'll manage at the highest echelons of the game. And not before too long.

The Mission to Burnley docu-series will have enhanced his reputation even more. He seems to have a say at pretty much every level of the club.

Every time I see him interview I get the impression he's just winging it in football management but as per last year he's obviously got something about him even if its not obvious to see what it is

We've seen plenty of evidence of his clear thinking and relaxed, articulate style but how about the interviewer? At last - someone who is equally relaxed and on top of the job in hand. Well done to her.
