Brownhill: set pieces
Good to see Brownhill back in the starting eleven but why is he allowed anywhere near our set pieces? I'm struggling to recall a Burnley player who is as consistently bad at them. Very strange

Must be doing summat special in training to be allowed anywhere near a dead ball…

Re: Brownhill: set pieces
I don’t think I’ve ever seen him deliver a good ball from a set piece. I just have memories of the majority of his free kicks outside the box going into row Z. He’s excellent at breaking down play and has a good engine on him but perhaps he needs to leave others to set pieces.

Four games in and I’m not entirely sure what our ‘set piece specialist’ coach is doing in training. We’ve been as creative as buttered toast from FK’s and corners so either the players aren’t listening or it’s really not working at the moment.

Isn't tresor going to be the new set piece specialist?

Don't really think it's Brownhills fault as such ( although he is useless at them ) it's a team thing.
Our throw ins have been embarrassingly slow and useless until Connor started doing his long throw ins last night.
Last night's free kicks were a throw back to the Dyche days.

Noticed Connors long throw seem to be coming in longer and faster. He must have been on the weights.

Re: Brownhill: set pieces
Forests pitch looked very narrow last night with plenty of grass between side line and stands at both sides.
Might be the reason Roberts was throwing further into the area last night?

Tresor will take over the mantle here.
Bronwhill very rarely puts in a good one. Either hits the first man or balloons it
