Well, I mailed the ticket office but they did it for me, but in two separate transactions- which I could have done myself.

I don’t think they understood my point about keeping the tickets as a pair.

My daughter is unwell so I had an available ticket to return, I tried at least eight times to call the ticket office through the club and their direct line, no pick up. Even the club receptionist couldn’t get through to the ticket office. I emailed and received the automated reply but no response. The ticket exchange only shows my season ticket seats for exchange, not the additional ticket I bought for my daughter, which is some way from my seat. Not very helpful is it.

Tbh I don’t understand it, you put two tickets back onto the market and two seats are available to buy. You can’t insist that they are only sold as a pair.

It doesn't matter to me whether they're sold as a pair or not, just thought it may be helpful to someone else.

Anyway, the screen is just a grey mass now. Nothing showing as spare. May have been withdrawn for some reason?
