Tonight’s football
Silly season for giving VAR pens
Re: Tonight’s football
If that’s a pen then the game is knackered.

Let's hope they don't sack Ten Hag until he's shoved a few more hundred million down the khazi.

I’ve not yet heard the manager of a top 6 club “rail against VAR” after their team has won.

West ham v OLYMPIAAAAKOSSSS
Last night manu got a pen when McQuire headed into the back of a players arm. Defender had no idea about it, as he was facing the other way.
Def pen shout the commentators.
Just now the ball hit the back of a defrnders arm, who was getting himself into block. That's not a pen shout the commentator- it his the back of his arm!
It's a mystery.

Can’t believe only Lily thought it was a red card,if Rashford had just wrapped his foot round the ball it might have been ok ,but his foot was miles away from the ball,Utd fans whinging about Savage having a grudge since he left OT.Colburn_Claret wrote: ↑Thu Nov 09, 2023 8:08 amSky news reporting Rashfords controversial red card changed the game

This Jackson Porozo for Olympiacos looks a real player. Organizing his defense and everything and only 23.
Re: Tonight’s football
Equivalent of going over the ball, which is dangerous, to say the least. Used to be a boy at my school who used to do that all the time, in the playground. Shin busters!

Re: Tonight’s football
I don't think it was intentional, but it was reckless, he could have broken the guys ankle. I can't get my head around how so many pundits can say that didn't deserve a straight red.
I have a real bug bear with the incompetence of our referees, but when ex pros, pundits, managers show they are just as incompetent it sort of dilutes my argument.
