Help needed bfc password

As stated in the post I need some help getting back my bfc account. I tried to reset my password as required but I've ended up opening a new account, so I've now lost all my season ticket details and loyalty points. I'm a real technophobe so any help restoring my old account would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Someone else had done just the same last week and the advise on here was to contact the ticket office

Thanks just emailed them but it may take 5 days for a reply. As it stands I don't even have the 10 loyalty points required to purchase wolves tickets
