Has anyone ever bought/received a gift voucher card from the store and used it online? Emailed the club shop but haven't had a response.
Got given one as a Christmas present so want to take advantage of the sale.
Thanks in advance

Re: Gift Vouchers
Make sure you spend it quickly... I had about 150 worth and couldn't get to Burnley through covid and they said they'd ran out of date
Absolute joke

Re: Gift Vouchers
I got in touch with the club about it but heard nothing back - it was a farce tbh.
The vouchers had a date on them to be used by (think it was a year) but with lock downs and not being local to Burnley anymore I didn't get a chance to get over to Burnley and use them when the shop was open.
I got told they did a post on twitter about them extending the vouchers for a month or something because of covid but never actually managed to find anything about them saying that, I've just not bought anything through the club shop since and not bought anything but a shirt for the kids. Left a real sour taste as a "community club" and reminded me the bald bloke in the club shop who tries to have a joke by taking the mick out of you is a bigger,,,,,,,,,, idiot than I thought previously.
