Probably because Tarky's injury stopped the game?superdimitri wrote: ↑Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:10 pmJeez the ref gave them all he could in the end. Why they get a corner after time is up? Even then he still gave time to play on.

Arsenal have done well to lose that to a side which had 35% of possession and didn't convert either of their shots on target.
Good!!

1975 I believe, I wasn't even born then that's how long we've waited, victories at OT and then the Emirates in the space of 11 months, is there no hoodoo Dyche can't shake off.Clarets4me wrote: ↑Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:11 pmI'm sure it's come up in the last 11 pages, but Peter Noble scored the winner last time we won at Arsenal ....

Re: Arsenal versus MIGHTY CLARETS
I stuck €10 on to win yesterday at 11/2 and cashed out on 90 mins for €55 as was sure the ref would play until they scored, that is a massive result well done Burnley, might have been an OG but hell wouldn't be Burnley without the fighting spirit, bring on ALK they can pay up now.

Wonder what MOD 2 will have to say? Can't imagine it being very complimentary, to either side.
Might just stay up and watch it though.
The season starts here, I hope.

Re: Arsenal versus MIGHTY CLARETS
We were scheduled to be shown 4th on the MOTD 2 running order, however I wonder after that if we'll be on earlier, given the fact Leicester, Liverpool & Spurs also played today I doubt it though.Gordaleman wrote: ↑Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:17 pmWonder what MOD 2 will have to say? Yes this might be the catalyst to our season getting a welcome boost, we're looking in far better shape now than after the first 6 games, 8 points from 5 played since, and the only reverse was at City. And yet another clean sheet for Nick and the defence, that's what our improvement has been built on, the strong jaw has returned, and Ben Mee coming back has played a massive part in this upturn.
