Actually, I’d say that flapping about dramatically is very much premier league!NW1O Claret wrote: ↑Thu Jan 21, 2021 7:50 pmBarnes is now so bad the only thing he does in 80mins is back in to defenders and attempt to win freekicks, and he does that badly too. Flapping about on the ground and waving this arms around is despair moaning. He’s actually a disgrace to the Premier League. He’s finished. Anyone that disagrees is deluded

I’m with you Dom but I’m guessing Dyche is looking at this and thinking one last go with Wood and Barnes as Taylor and McNeil are back- plus its vs Liverpool so we’re not expecting anything.

Someone has mentioned recently that Wood and Barnes defend set pieces well.
Probably true.

Hilarious that Jay not being fully fit has been trotted out for weeks now. Along with Wood and Barnes probably won't play again if they don't score this time.

Clearly but the stats prove he's wrong and don't mention appearances as a come back for the other 2. If you wanna be real then talk minutes on the pitch

What did Liverpool's team cost to put together - I can only count 3 non foreigners in their team

Re: Pool vs The Clarets
Get into a great position and then we don’t cross it, but pass it back to our half. So frustrating!
Re: Pool vs The Clarets
Not sure how that proves him wrong. You'd need some stats to show that we score more goals when Wood and Barnes don't play to prove that.DomBFC1882 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 21, 2021 8:07 pmYou really have to ask?? 9 goals all season, you think that's good? You think we can't do better?

Re: Pool vs The Clarets
They look dodgy at the back, from open play, if we can get enough bodies forward!

Re: Pool vs The Clarets
Of course it proves him wrong when our main 2 strikers aren't scoring. And I would love to provide you with some stats for the other 2 but they never get a proper chance of a run of games. Do you think klopp or pep would stick with these 2 given their lack of goals? No I'm pretty sure they would change it. Strikers are there to score and the goal stats show they aren't so I'm unsure as to why you're confused

Re: Pool vs The Clarets
Im confused because your stat doesn't show that other strikers would do better, it only shows how our current strikers are doing. Its not complicated.DomBFC1882 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 21, 2021 8:16 pmOf course it proves him wrong when our main 2 strikers aren't scoring. Brady needs to get his head on his crossing and leave the lino alone.
They pinched 10yds from the throw-in while he was arguing with him.
