Loyalty Points change

Mines down to 2180 (I had over 10,000). Only go to a few away games each year but I am going to Real Betis. Do friendlies gain loyalty points??

My 2 lads started collecting points at the same time and go games together, both were over 8,000 then went to 2200 and are now on 1640 and 1600

Yeah mine has now dropped from 2100 which I worked out to be about right to 1400 which can't be right based on season tickets alone. Looks to be a live situation.

I suspect the discrepancy for me is as a result of how they handled the Covid refund - happy to wait until the end of the process to see again - the 1200 points is since the refund, so they ignored the ST purchase prior to that

You should be getting more than one point for a Twix given what they charge for them.

It “shouldn’t” be that difficult or take that long to do tbh

They have records of all transactions made and points allocated.
All that’s needed to be done is delete/archive away those made that are over 5 years ago
