Fans have 1 entrance/exit only. This reduces available home capacity considerably. Sharing the stand as we do reduces safe capacity of the entire stand hence why hundreds of empty seats are visible. I went in JM hospitality earlier this year and found the dress code a lot more relaxed than stated on the paperwork. Some people were wearing jeans but generally as long as you don't wear sportswear, club colours or logos or white trainers you should be fine.

My 18 year old son in CFS has gone from 95 to 145 which is still one of the cheapest tickets in the ground for him but under 18s have jumped to 135 making it one of the most expensive for that group.
