Guardiola had Aquero from 2016 to 2021. Left to go to Barcelona and due to his heart problems played 4 times for Barca before retiring in 2021. Yes he was told he wasn't right for the system that Guardiola wanted to play and had to adapt or not play. He was left on the bench a lot, before adapting ...

I'm not surprised that Larsen's record for us shows 5 goals but 0 assists. Recently we've been using our wide players in a similar way to Brighton in that we attempt to circulate the ball around the middle of the pitch, with the centre forward dropping deep to help with this, and then we look to re...

People can talk about the moral issue but it’s just football, in the last 10 games has it looked like muric and Cullen aren’t playing for the manager?

Players don’t care about moral values when they refuse to play for clubs when they want a move away

One reason why we are going down is that we are not wanted in the so-called Premier League. Our gain (NO VAR!), their loss.
The Premier League is also wrongly named, now second best to the Bundesliga et al.
We are not 'preferred' is probably more accurate, in the management of the Prem brand.

Again, this is a mixture of conjecture and fiction. Heaton demanded to be No1, when he wasn't allowed that he wanted out. and the Keane/Tarkowski model is what we should have pursued with certain other players.... Hendrick, who we let run down his contract, being the obvious one. You say conjecture...
