Theres a little shop on the Main Street in Lytham that sells the best Lancashire Parkin. Its next to the book shop. Sells it by weight and cuts it off huge chunks.
Absolutely gorgeous.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see local restrictions stay in place where the R number is above 1, infections are on the increase and there are low levels of vaccine take up.

The bottom link of the two links above seems to be about basketball fans buying chunks of video and then trading these among themselves like Top Trumps. Is that the concept here? How will this work in football (the association type) when TV rights are owned by the major corporations?

With only 3,500 people to arrive, these arrival times are a bit stupid. 1 hour and 15 mins before kick off - with no catering facilities, no bars open- are we supposed to wait anothethour and a quarter at the end before we can leave?

Echoes of Burnley establishing Gawthorpe in 1955, and the idea of developing its own pro’s of the future. Five years later we won the title, 1968, the FA youth Cup. Sounds an interesting development and hopefully we’ll get some cracking prospects and first teamers.

Used to love the telly coverage on CF Day. Now it’s a 5:15 kick off most of the days gone. Should move it back to 3:00 and have it as the final game of the season.

And good luck to Leicester. They lost in the final three times in the 60s -hope they beat Chelsea.
