35 games in and Kompany still hasn’t realised you can’t play fanny around at the back footy in the Premier league. Works great in the Championship though where you don’t get punished. Maybe he’s prepping them for next season.

If you’re into live bands etc spend an evening in Long Island City just across the bridge from Manhattan (nice walk too). Also there’s an old railway walk in South West Manhattan somewhere. Nowadays anything above Watford is classed as the North. Definitely in terms of funding. It’s the same here in Australia. NSW now stands for Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong. Everywhere else gets nothing.

I’ll pass on the OFC. There’s literally no competition in it and games are win by rugby scores. Even New Zealand aren’t really at Australia’s level. Most here think the OFC should just merge with the AFC.

The Premier league was formed so the top clubs didn’t have to share the TV money throughout the league. Parachute payments were a sweetener to keep 3 promotion and relegation spots.

I think we’ve done ok tonight. Tested against the best and worked out where we are at. Not many teams will go to Old Trafford and win. Think the Bournemouth game will be a much fairer assessment.
