We are a 100% EV household so yes I would recommend but there are a few things to consider.

Anything with outdoor space is probably going for a premium still with what has happened over last 14/15 months.

Facebook marketplace and groups that are local to the area may be a place where you can find landlords directly but outside the usual spots of rightmove, zoopla and on the market.

No you dont however it has to be flued externally either via the roof or through an external wall a heating engineer will know the regs regarding windows etc. Always get a Magnaflow installed as they protect your boiler and in most cases increases warranty period. Do you have to put the boiler on an external wall too?

We have a gravity fed system and a pump too. It’s not the best I must admit but I can’t justify the expense of changing it.

It is hard to punish a club without punishing the fans.

I do believe something more will happen but it’s hard to see how any punishment will feel any fan being left with feeling justified.

Those are excellent rates but must be historic. I’ve just checked Octopus as a result and best they currently offer is more than double that. Also most deals that offer cheap evening charging charge significantly more outside of those hours. Excellent if you have an EV with a big battery and do lot...
