I’d be happy for him to leave. We have a bloated squad and he hasn’t done enough. He’s a very ‘streaky’ player who can have good spells but then you see nothing from him for large swathes of the game. And I mean nothing.

You’ve just described established PL teams like Man United, Brighton, Wolves and Chelsea (where we played with 10 men for a good proportion of the game - something that must have been lost in the edit) as ‘dross’. It means he’s producing better performances than Trafford. And our form is better too. You’re the one who’s being all weird about it. Most can see that Trafford was kept in too long and it’s severely cost us. And to reiterate, that’s not Trafford’s fault. He wasn’t ready, we remedied it but probably...

Speaking to a Wednesday supporting mate at work yesterday and hadn't realised there was a particular hatred by the Sheff clubs for Forest - it makes sense geographically i suppose. I suppose you could have the utterly ridiculous scenario of pot all 15 reds with one shot then the white goes in - 4-0 to opponent with just the colours left
Opponent pots yellow, green, brown and blue - 18-0, snookers required.
I would imagine it defies the laws of physics, like…

Listening to Vardy after the game they are firmly going for the 100 points. He's a frustrated man, obviously doesn't feel he's contributed enough this season. He won't be on the beach. Worth bearing in mind Leicester, who were meant to ‘walk’ this league, let a 12 point lead slip and only just confirmed their promotion with a few games spare. While there is an undoubted gulf between the Premier League and Championship, PNE fans were saying that was one of their worst performances in quite a while, even suggesting some had downed tools. While the manager has them about par in the league, he's very unpopular with a lot of the support.

Muric's presence on corners and crosses has also been a massive plus for us too. He can be wayward but it's still so much more than what we were getting from Trafford. This might be a clever ploy by Forest ensuring if there are any 50/50 VAR decisions in their next 4 games, then they may get the benefit as the authorities will not want a repeat and further criticism. Doesn’t Howe like to play quite a possession based style? Pope played the way he did here because he was told to. Excellent players are often pretty adaptable, which is what Pope is. I’m not saying his distribution is necessarily as good as Muric, but he certainly has enough about him to play out.
