When was the last time we went behind at Old Trafford and won any points before today?
I think 1974
3-3
1-0 and 2-1 down, then 3-2 up

Forest have Sheff U and Chelsea before us
The escape is possible
But its by no means "on"
Every chance we head into the final day already relegated
But I still believe. Unfortunately it's the hope that kills ya

look much better than 24 points in 35 games.
Very true
And had the referee / var decisions been fair, I think we'd be par for the course

I didn't realise how many goals Szmodics had scored. 31, same as Haaland. There's no way he'll be there next season.
I think, statistically, without his goals, Rovers would be on less than 35 points and already relegated

At some point I'm gonna look at how many points Newcastle have taken against the top 10, and bottom 10. Because from a brief recollection they seem to have taken lots of points from the top 10, and dropped lots against the bottom 10 (except us)

It's a pointless exercise if 2 points is the outcome Cheating pays, sadly What is really frustrating, is that one of the mitigating arguments for the first penalty was that they had taken steps to improve things, as I understand it. But the latest financial suggest they are again going in the wrong ...

So long as it shows the one incorrect decision that went in our favour. You know, for balance... There was definitely one against Liverpool. There's definitely a bias when it comes to yellow cards. And I say this, we'll aware that I, too, am biased. But I often look at the end of games, where we will have 2 or 3 more yellows than the opposition, thinking we've been kicked all over the park, and have been the victim of countless cynical f...

Apologies for going off thread but compare yesterday's penalty and sending off and the one that still irritates me, Tim Krul almost taking Vydras head off a few seasons ago and absolutely nothing given. It is slightly off thread, but it backs up the argument of most posts on here. The level of "fou...

I wasn't at the game, so can't score But having watched the penalty decision numerous times, I can confidently say one thing The only way you give that decision is if you are actively trying to provide an advantage to one team I knew there was an incident to watch out for when I was watching, and I ...

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/13101803/nottingham-forest-appeal-against-four-point-deduction-in-premier-league-for-psr-breach As far as I can tell, 3 is the minimum points deduction you can get. I suspect the highly paid Man City lawyers will do a deal with the PL. To go to Court and lose would be a disaster for the lawyers in terms of income and reputation
Citeh likewise will not take the risk
Haven't Forest hired the same lawyer as Man City?

Isn't the City one much more complicated though?
They didn't overspend as such as far as I can tell
Their issues revolve around overinflated sponsorship, which they argue are offset by the risk of the investment turning a profit in the future
It's semantics. But it's important legally

Had they accepted Brentford's £30 million offer for Brennan Johnson there would have been no case to answer. They waited a month and got double that from Spurs but went past the accounting period. I'm not sure there are many tricks there.

Some strange thinking on here, you might not Amdouni as a player. But we were crying out for some quality forward play to finish the game off. no because goal line tech is not subjective. VAR is re-refereeing the game, they are 100% different ends of the scale and to add to that VAR is not reducing errors nor increasing fairness.
So is your argument against it that VAR doesn't make things better?
