Think the TO should have made it more clear, you can seat swap whenever you like but Monday was the only day any non renewed seats would be guaranteed to be available before going on sale on the Tuesday.

If the injured player had stayed on he would be off for 30 seconds.
Surely once play resumes the sub should not be allowed into play for 30 seconds.
