Re: All there in one match.
He did, it was great. But he didn't do it with this squad. My point was this team couldn't play the way Dyche's team did. No but sometimes this season they would have suffered less had they done. By the way look at Evertons recent results. Win against Liverpool - which Dyche did at Anfield with us!!!

Re: All there in one match.
We had 53% possession, 7 shots on target and came away from Old Trafford with a point. I think VK got something right. An SD 10 men behind the ball bore fest with our current squad would have seen us very heavily beaten. Only in my opinion of course Dear me. Short memory? SD had a 2-0 win at OT.

Why isn't Benson getting a run out? Possibly the most asked question by Burnley fans this season. He looked good last seaon - when he played - and scored some wonderful goals. He showed the ability to beat an opponent on either side showing good skills. Why he's not been playing? Maybe not physicall...

He’d do incredibly well at a side like Brighton, his coaching is made for better technical players. Better to save him for the Championship (and Koleosho) rather than risk flaring up their injury in the remaining dead rubbers. He will surely be a key player for us once again at that level. The resource that VK had was having to sell pretty much all of the best players we had under Dyche plus losing two key players for nothing and then replacing them plus some of the other aging players at half the cost. Dyche could have sold on players like Mee, Collins, Tarkowski, McNiel etc and reb...

Dyche wasn't starved of funds in his final season. He probably had 1 of his biggest transfer budgets that bought Collins, Cornet and Weghorst. I can't remember if there were others. In Dyche's first season we were terrible and were flirting with relegation until the last few games or so. A lot of this is down to way we play and Berge is not a defender. It's a real pity that Ekdal had to go off and we had no CB on the bench to replace him when he did. Inexcusable error from Muric.
