Of the three home nations… we are closer to Hamden or Cardiff than Wembley… I follow England, Scotland and Wales… but because of a French invasion I follow England more closely… but Burnley is who I support and wish all the Britons well.

Still a nice beef cut for me. I like lamb a lot and eat pork often, but if it’s a ‘special meal’ it’s rib eye based in either mustard or horseradish. Occasionally I’ll act like a Barbarian and just add salt and pepper.

If you after seeing before buying you could try the wholesalers next to Range at Whitebirk, upstairs they have a fantastic selection for restaurants etc. Well worth a look round… they have everything from a Denby side plate to industrial size food mixers up there.

I expect if SD is committing to a long term contract it, and for me it is still an If .. then it suggests strongly that he’s going to be given the tools to sustain and grow the club on and off the pitch. I think the idea is very much working toward making Burnley’s Premier league status sustainable ...
